This Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices ("Policy") explains how MedaDenta, a platform operated by AMAYS Money Properties LLC (collectively, "MedaDenta," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.

Our Services are used by healthcare professionals, wellness providers, beauty professionals, salons, and other independent service providers (collectively, "Providers") to manage appointments, communicate with clients, and operate their businesses.

Protecting the privacy and security of our users, Providers, and their clients is a fundamental priority. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Services.

2. Scope, State Privacy Rights & HIPAA

U.S. State Privacy Rights & "Do Not Sell" Disclosure

MedaDenta does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, nor do we share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Because MedaDenta does not sell or share personal information in this manner, we do not provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out mechanism. This statement serves as our disclosure regarding data sales under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

Our Role

In many cases, MedaDenta processes information on behalf of Providers. When acting on behalf of a Provider, we generally function as a service provider, data processor, or Business Associate, depending on the nature of the Services and applicable law. Each Provider remains independently responsible for determining the lawful basis for collecting information, obtaining required consents, and maintaining its own privacy notices where required by law.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

Certain Providers use our Services in connection with healthcare services that are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). Where MedaDenta processes Protected Health Information ("PHI") on behalf of a Covered Entity:

If MedaDenta or AMAYS Money Properties LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment confirmations, cancellation notices, security notifications, and two-way appointment communications.
